Penile discharge after urinary bladder removel

[I had bladder cancer and had my prostate and bladder removed. I have had a discharge which causes my penus to be inflamed and sore. The doctors can't seem to find a reason for the discharge.Please help me.I am in constant pain and very uncomfortable.. Thank you. Bob
