I am thirteen years old and have only recently begun pulling my foreskin back when i masturbate. If my penis head is dry and i touch it, it doesnt hurt at all (although if i stroke my finger on it, it does) but if it is wet and i touch it, it stings and hurts like hell. I am wondering if there is any way to resolve or fix this problem with out causing too much pain. Ps circumcision is out of the question.
