Penis Irritation? Driving Me Crazy! HELP!

The tip of my penis is red and i guess a little swollen. The skin around the tip gets dry and scaly. There is also a burning sensation whenever I urinate. The tip also burns whenever it comes into contact with something such as my boxers when I walk. This makes it extremely difficult for me to work. I also noticed blood coming from the penis, but not alot. Only a couple of dots or so. This has been going on for about a week and I still haven't gone to a doctor to check it out, as I thought it would go away. Is there anything that you would recommend for this problem because it is seriously driving me crazy and I'm beginning to worry about it?

theres this speacial cream at a pharmacy you can get to make it heal

urinary tract infection?? maybe? just see a doctor anyway.
