| Well im a virgin and i noticed that about two days ago that was my foreskin was swollen at and the inside part was red and hurt a little and i cant pull the foreskin down over the shaft like i could before, like it doesnt stretch. what should i do |

It is quite possible that there’s some kind of an infection and that you have developed phimosis due to this infection. Phimosis is a condition in which the foreskin can’t be retracted. When it happens in older guys, it is due to bad hygiene and not cleaning under the foreskin regularly and because of smegma accumulation under the foreskin.
Balanitis is an infection of the foreskin that occurs due to microorganisms in the area and causes discomfort. Balanitis could cause phimosis but it could also occur due to phimosis. It makes your foreskin red, tender, swell, etc
Now, what you should do is wash your penis with warm water once a day. Don’t use any soap but you could get sorbolene or glycerine cream from a pharmacy and use it instead. YOU need to wash under the foreskin as well but you shouldn’t forcefully retract the foreskin but very gently. When you have washed it, let the shaft and the head dry in the open air for 10 minutes and only then cover them with the foreskin. It is important that they are dry when covering them. This is because fungus (that is one of the balanitis causes) loves the moist environment and will continue to multiply in such areas. Also make sure you don’t wet the foreskin during urination.
If things don’t get better after such treatment, you better see a doctor. |

| well it stings when i try to pull the skin back so im not sure how to clean under but i can pull it down a little bit and clean the top with warm water, anything from the store i can put on it to help it get better |

well im indian,
the top is a little brown on one side and there is a red spot on the other side which has been there for a while |

| Maybe you should see an urologist and have this checked. YOu may get some kind of (corticosteroid) ointment to help you ease the inflammation (if there is any) and help you retract the foreskin and also check what exactly is going on. |

| ok its back to normal now, but the color issue is still there, there is a little red spot which im sure is not supposed to be there |
