Hi,
I am 17 years old and recently I have been having a painful burning sensation at the tip of my penis. The pain is heightened after masturbation and it's difficult to remain solitary (e.g. go to sleep) and usually doing something (e.g. reading, walking) reduces the pain. I have had this before and it usually happens at night. I am still a virgin so I've pretty much ruled out STDs.
