I remember when i first started masterbating. I would do it more than twice a day. Where reading topics on these forums. Appeared to be normal. Now when i masterbate I no longer have amazing orgasmis where my penis will have that thorbbing feeling. Im 19 years old and masterbated twice a day or more. Also not when i masterbate i premature ejcaulate.

Have i done permanet damage to my penis. What can i do to correct this.

no you have not done permanent damage. my husband and i had this discussion a while back to be honest.. he says, from the mouth of a man! that the more you masterbate or have sex.. the less intense your orgasms and the less amount of ejaculate you have. so, masturbating twice a day is giving your lil man a good workout! try taking a break for a day and then masturbating once a day for a few days.. then take another break and so on.. the longer between sex acts of any kind.. the more intense the end results!! good luck. hope i helped!
