Penis redness and white patched skin on shaft! plz help!!

I am a 20Yr old Male.....

i have recently had sexual activity, i'd say about a week or so ago, She told me she was a virgin and that it was her first time. We had intercourse and oral, i did not secrete, and there was no fornication. after intercourse, everything was looking normal, matter fact, i had no problems or flaws since.
Until today., this morning everything was fine and dandy, i went to work "at lawncare" service, i was sweating alot and my pants were uncomfortable, as i arrived home, i noticed a burn feeling on the tip of my penis, i showered and looked, it was a bit reddenned., its now 4:01 A.M. and it seems to have reddened some more and a portion of skin on my shaft has turned a whitish color.

Plz. help!!!, is it lethal?!, or is it just a heat rash or something of that nature?

i will list my recent drug intake, incase that has any concern.

Last 3 weeks:
11 Watson Loratabs (10mg.),
14 Clonazepams,
1 soma,
3 unknown nerve stimulants,
and a quarter ounce of marijuana (THC).

Please tell me your thoughts and concepts, and hopefully this will go down and fade out in the next few days.

I do believe that you should consult your GP, especially if the condition persists. It may only be a heat rash, or it might be a common yeast infection, contracted from the young lady. Who knows? By he way, are you intact?
