Hello All,

I have a real problem with my penis, everytime I pull my foreskin back and touch the head of the penis it results in big pain.

Furthermore I cannot take a pee without keeping my foreskin over my penis head without suffering pain, meaning I constantly have piss stuck under my foreskin, please help me this is a major problem for me.

If it hurts that much I think you should see a urologist and see what he would suggest.
You probably suffer from phimosis, a condition in which the foreskin can’t be retracted and when it is it causes a great deal of pain.

Collection of urine under the foreskin is very unhealthy and unhygienic because it is not just urine down under. You probably have some smegma (white secretion of the sebaceous glands of the foreskin) as well. These accumulations make a very good ground for contacting bacteria or yeast, which could further lead to infections.

Like I said, I wouldn’t suggest anything since you are in pain when you try to remove the foreskin. Those guys who suffer from the same condition but don’t experience a lot of pain can try themselves to retract the foreskin slowly, a little bit every day under the shower with a lot of lubrications. It is done in a special matter by widening the opening of the foreskin for some time (days, weeks). When it becomes a little bit lose, then fingers are inserted inside as well to make it even loser but the pain should be the limit and you shouldn’t do anything that hurts.

You didn’t say how old you were but please, be smart and see a urologist about it.
