Hello, my friends. I got sick last Friday and my nose is full with mucus. Ordinary medications do not help, so I am thinking of trying with inhalation. However, I suffer from hypertension (high blood pressure) and I am not sure if I can do this without any harm to my health. What do you think?

Hello to you too. Inhalation with essential oils are excellent for congestion of nose and sinuses. However, it is not recommended for people who suffer from hypertension. You should avoid this. You can get your health worse. Following herbs are recommended for avoiding for people with hypertension: Rosemary, Hyssop, Sage and Thyme. People with low blood pressure should not use Marjoram, Lemon and Lavender. You should also consult with your doctor about this. I hope I've helped. Bye!
