Pepto Bismol while pregnant?

Because of my pregnancy (second month) I vomit all the time and now I even got diarrhea. I dont know what to do. Should I use Pepto Bismol while pregnant? I was using this drug before pregnancy and was satisfied with its effects. But in pregnancy, should I? I would like to read answer from you I dont want to go to my doctor.

I am so sorry to tell you but you need to see your doctor. Your diarrhea is not necessary related with your pregnancy. Also, if you vomit and have diarrhea, as well, you may dehydrate and that can be dangerous to you and your baby. And for the drug, Pepto Bismol is not recommended to be taken during pregnancy, unless your personal health care professional told you differently.
