Hi, I am in menopause and as I don’t want to take any hormones I am considering Peri Zapper treatment. Any information about this would be useful?

Hi, if you wish to start it you should know that it takes some research about this specific treatment and strict rules you must obey to get results. Flaxseed oil is important as it contains high level of lignans, a natural hormone-balancing substance. It will affect hot flashes and sweating, and also can impact depression and fatigue. Evening Primrose Oil helps in relieving breast tenderness, mood swings, anxiety, irritability, headaches and water retention. Many women are advised to take also essential multivitamins with magnesium, to relieve mood swings, insomnia, anxiety, tissue dryness, and water-retention.
