I am 44 yrs old and my period is 4 wks late. I've had 4 negative HPTs, but I still feel nauseous, emotional and exhausted. Could this be perimenopause? Crying or Very sad

I need help if I need to see a doctor. I go through a lot of pain and emotional when I get my priod. My face break out too. 23 Sad years old
