Period two weeks late. Unprotected sex. Symptoms.

My last *full* period started on April 11th. For a few days later in the month I had a brown discharge, & than one day of something similar to menstrual flow.
I haven't had a period since, & I have had *frequent* unprotected sex.
My periods are always regular.
I also have hyperthyroidism, so I was wondering if that had something to do with it? I've read up on it, but can't really make any sense of it.
I've had some symptoms similar to pregnancy, but I'm still so confused.

If any of you could help, I would really appreciate it.

I also have hyperthyroidism. I am 18 and i am going through the exact same thing. i live with my bf and we have had sex everyday (unprotected) everyday for the last 2 years and i am having awful cramps like my uterus is stretching...BAD headaches...dizzy, nausea, all the symptoms but i havent taken a test yet...im going to wait another week,
