Period was 4 days late; took test(positive) now a problem

Hello, I am a 27 year old and I have recently taken a pregnancy test and it came up positive and now I am bleeding like am having a period. I and my fiancee are worried that I may have lost our first child, Can you please tell me is that what has happened? HELP use please Confused

Contact your doctors office, or goto the nearest ER. Depending on how far along you might have been will determine if they do an ultrasound or if they just do blood work and check your HCG levels. Wishing you all the best.
