Periods 2 weeks too late!;

in march (last month) i missed my period completely,witch is very un normal for me , i never missed one. anyways i have been more moody , more hungrey,tireand dizzie than i normaly am. i took a pg test march 30 the day after i was supposed to start and it came out neg. but i still didn't start, then today (apirl 11) i started spotting and it lasted afew hours then it quit. could i have took the test to soon? am i pg or is it something else? please help!! thank you!! try taking another pregnancy test. if it's still negative, go see your doctor.
