I flew home to NC to visit my boyfriend and I was cramping before I ever left TX so I knew I was supposed to start my period soon. I had unprotected sex with him on October 5-10, 2006 and I started my period on October 13, 2006. Is there any possible way that I could be pregnant even if I still had that period? When my period quit, a few days after I was experiencing body aches, fatigue, nausea, and breast enlargement and tenderness. Any suggestions as to what is going on?
Please reply soon.......thanks!!!!!! |

contrary to popular belief, it actually takes a few days for the egg to be fertalized and implant into the uterus wall (about 8 to 16 days), so you could have conceived, then had a period because the hormone levels hadn't risen enough to stop your menstruation yet.
the shedding of your womb might have lost said fertalized egg (that is if you even had conceived at all) or it might not, I dont know. I would wait to see what the next bleed is like, or if its worrying you take a test at the end of this month, it should be accurate by then. |
