These procedures are considered to be permanent because they implant the color into dermal layer of your skin, so you can`t wach it off. However, Permanent Makeover will fade, so periodic maintenance is necessary. I would call these procedures painful, though you can feel some discomfort. Permanent Makeover procedures cost between $400-600.
