Persistent pain in my lower abdomen

I am 35 male suffering from persistent pain in my lower abdomen, below my navel. It is more serious around my bladder and extends to left and right side of my abdomen. I had sonography and x-ray for kidney or bladder stones, clinical tests for infections and turned out with negative results in all. I took several antibiotics as order by doctor. But the pain is aggravating. The pain is pronounced with exercises and extends to the back.

Please advise me what to do next.
