Hello. I am considering photodynamic therapy, so I would like to know two things: will Photodynamic Therapy really make my vision better and what are negative effects of the treatment that I could expect? Thank you
Those are people usual concerns when photodynamic therapy is subject. Good new that majority of them demonstrated stabilization of vision in the recently released results from the clinical trial , while a small number of patients will actually experience some visual improvement. Only 2% of patients dropped out of the trial because of side-effects such as mild temporary decreased vision, and temporary reactions to light that occur within the first 24 hours after receiving treatment.
