Pictures of my disorder...help me diagnose

So I have this problem of Lumps in my scrotum. the are visible like this, when it's hanging loose, and looks/feels normal when the sack is drawn-up, or tight....the tube is THICK...and the lump is much larger than it appears.....anyone think its cancer?....

I ache in the abdomen/scrotum/back, all the time....who can help me?
