| Hi I have some small pimple like bumps on both sides of the testicles, I've had them for about 3 years and I'm not sure what they are. They are pretty itchy but dont really hurt, I thought they would soon go away but they havn't. I'm 20 years old and I want to get an opinion before I see the doctor, thanx. |

| Usually caused by sweating. You can try fungus medication such as Athelete's feet meds, etc. It takes several months but will eventually dry up |

Are you saying that the small pimple is on the scrotum, outside, or on the testicle, inside the bag?
If this is inside, you want to point it out to a medical professional. If there's been no change for t hree years, you probably have no rush, but if it is causing pain, go get it examined now.
If it's a surface pimple, try an astringent and treat it as a sweating, face zit.
