Yesterday, the top of my right testicle felt really itchy.. so I went to the bathroom and looked to see what was going on. I found a red bump in the area.. it's on the skin, not on the testicle. Sometimes it itches, sometimes it doesnt. It's like a pimple or maybe even some ingrown hair, but I'm afraid of it being something more serious. Is there anything I can do on my own before I go to a doctor to elimate even going?
