A few days ago, i found a bunch of tiny pimples on my lips. Its like 10-15 bumps at the very corners of my lips. I dont feel much pain or discomfort. I looked up herpes and cold sores, but it doesnt look anything like it, but im still very concerned. Only when i stretch the skin do i really notice it. I'll be checking with a doctor very soon, though.
