Pimples on my face and arms that never go away

I am a 14 year old female and I have had pimple like marks on my cheeks and upper arms for as long as I can remember. I have no idea what they are, or if there is a way for them to go away. I was hoping someone could help me.

so do i, i am 15 female and i have te exact same problem, iv been told that its eczema but i doubt it because the symptoms aren't the same, i also have the marks on my thighs and i really want to get rid of them
