Pink Discharge

Everytime I orgasm, shortly after there will be Pink Discharge (no penetration involved-just oral sex) and also sometimes during the orgasm I will get a slight pain in the lower left of my stomach. What is going on? I went to my doctor and had a clear pap-smear
