| hi, i'm 18 years old, just recently started having protected sex (condoms), and have always have irregular periods. the last time i had sex was a few days ago, and ever since then, i have noticed a pinkish discharge when i wipe myself, and a little bit of a burning sensation when i finish urinating. none of this has ever happened to me, what could it be? is it from the sex? or is it from the period? is there a possibility i'm pregnant? or what? |

| Hi, There is no need to worry at all.....it sounds like a bladder infection which occurs in a lot of woman after sex (protected or not). It burns when you go pee, and the pee is usually a little pink, it will start to worsen so get to the doctor ASAP. Sometimes if the penis happens to go really deep I think it can infect your urinary tract with bacteria. Anyway, no need to be very concerned, it is easily treatable with anibiotics! |

It sounds like a urinary tract infection but I'm no doctor. Your best bet is to schedule an appt. with your GYN doc and have him/her check you out. Goos luck! |
