Plan B worked but now I have no menstrual cycle

I took plan b at the end of February and I had my cycle within a week like expected. The problem is that since then, I have not had another cycle. Not the end of March or the end of this month, April. I took 2 pregnancy tests this month- one mid-month and the other yesterday and both said not pregnant.

What's going on? Should I go to the doctor ASAP?
