I have a bit lower level of Platlets in blood. What should I do to make the situation better? I can notice hemorrhagic spots on my skin. I’ve started to take vitamin c supplements to support collagen synthesis. What food is recommended as a dietary treatment of low Platlets level?

Calcium and vitamin k are recommended in situations like yours one is. They are necessary in formation of blood clots. Cabbage and the vegetables from that group are rich in vitamin k. You already know where to look for calcium-in milk and milk products. It’s important to know what caused your decreased Platlets level. As I know there can be defective platelet production, or dissolution of platlets.
