Please Advice Late period and negative hpt

Hi I went to the Dr and had blood work and everything done in August she said everything was fine and she sees no reason I can't get pregnant me and my hubby have been trying 2 yrs and Sept I spotted then had period for 4 days and now this month I am 8 days late took two tests and both negative being late is not normal for me I also had sex on days she told me were the best days probably to get pregnant and I did those days and days around it Last week I had lower stomach cramping and my face broke out I wasn't under any unusual stress wondering if u have ne advise for me thanks
