Please help I need advice

I found a lump just inside my vagina and I was going to wait till I came on my period and finished and then book an appt with the doctor however when I came on it was just a brown discharge and was really light almost nothing at all, so I took a pregnancy test - well I took 4 and they were all negative. And I have come on today almost a month later and its the same - nothing there! I dont know whats going on?
