Hello, I have these lumps near my butthole and they hurt at times and make it very difficult to wipe as its very sensitive. I don't have health insurance right now and need to know if this will go away, or if I can make it go away without a doctor. I'm a very clean person, and don't see how I got this. Picture here: http://i13.tinypic.com/46zsl5z.jpg I had the one on the right, and figured it would go away, made sure I really really cleaned up, then the one on the left showed up. Please help me. thanks!
