Pneumonia and pregnancy

I am 38 weeks pregnant and think I may have pneumonia, I am going to see my OBGYN tomorrow and hopefully he will tell me its only a common cold but it does not seem that way to me, I have a choking cough that will not let up for 3 days now and my doctor instructed me to first try Robitussin and when that failed he put me on the Z pack (a strong 5 day antibiotic pack). My nose is so stuffed I have not been able to breath in days but the cough is so terrible and my whole body hurts from the violent coughing. I want to know if anyone has had Pneumonia while pregnant and is my baby at high risk? I do not want to take the antibiotics but I don't know if this condition is worse for the baby. Anyone with any insight would be appreciated. Thank you
