Hi,
I have these unsightly 'pockets of fat' above my kneecaps.
At some point, I'd like to get rid of them. I've wondered, why do I have them at all. I am slim, but I do not drive, and walk everywhere,
and I wonder are they there to protect my legs/knees somehow??
So getting the fat removed may cause me harm somehow??
