| I have problems with my father. He is very stubborn and does as he thinks it’s right. This time, he has been giving himself higher dosages of Meclomen, drug he takes for his severe form of rheumatoid arthritis. He said that the pain is not going away and that he had to do that. What is a chance of poisoning form an overdose of Meclomen? |

| Meclomen is a drug that belongs to a group of NSAID medicaments. It is meant to deal with the problems your father has. But, if for any reason, your father thinks that the medication is not useful, then another consultation with a doctor is required, in order to determine the future therapy. Please, he must stop taking higher doses, which could really cause some problems. As for poisoning, since he did not show any symptoms by now, he doesn’t have it. |
