PolyCystic ovary Syndrome and Pregnancy

My fiance and I have been trying to conceive for about a year, which having polycystic ovarian syndrome have made it difficult. But now my period is two monthes late. I used an ovulation test beforeI started missing my periods ,it said i was ovulating,and we had lots of sex them two days Very Happy .I have taken EPTs and they all say negative but still no period. I have had some prgnancy symptoms but no insurance to got to the doctors for a blood test..................Could I be pregnant?
