PLease help ! give some feedback about polycystic ovaries.. for how many percentage to be pregnant if I have a polycystic ovaries?

When I was 23 I have non stop bleeding I thought I'ts just a menstruation but when I go to OB-Gyne she told me that I have Polycystic ovaries but she never told that if I can give birth at all.
