What do you think is the best medicaton to treat polysistic ovaries. I'm 19 and don't want to have a diet with no flavour in my food for the rest of my life. Confused

hi
try avoiding sugar in ur diet, though u do need daily requirement of it.just try not to over do it.try to do aerobis exercises and loose weight(this will be very helpful), ask a doctor about taking metformin 500 mg. . also try to lower ur sodium intake , it will help u in lowering ur insulin resistance
