Positive Pregnacy Test but no other symptoms

Well besides not having a period for a month or so, I don’t feel pregnant. No boob growth (I would have noticed) no morning sickness. I had sex a while ago WHILE ON THE PILL and have continued taking it since then. I assumed the missing period was stress because my mother just passed away, but I bought a test this afternoon and yeah.. it was positive. I'm terrified and can not tell my dad after everything that’s been going on.

Is there any way that I might still not be pregnant? or any explanation why I haven't noticed that this 'baby' that supposedly the size of a lime right now?

Well if you have a positive pregnancy test then it is highly likely that you are pregnant. I know that when I was pregnant I didn't feel pregenant either, I didn't really "feel" as if I had pregancy symptoms until I was about 3 to 4 months. I was in a state of shock and denial I guess, and. preganancy is different for each person and each baby. I know this isn't what you wanted to hear but if you want proof positive go to planned parenthood if you can.
