Positive pregnancy tests and Cramping! has she miscarried?

my friend had been feeling funny and missed one period and was two weeks late for the next. she panicked and said to take a test the next day only she bleed a bit that night, she said it wasn't normal for that to be a period, so she took two test the next day the first said positive and the second negative in a space of about half an hour now a day later she suffered major cramping and passed alot of blood and a small blue/grey sack. her cramps have gone and she feels a little sore and has spotted bleeds like the start of a period. I think she miscarried could this be true?she is too scared to go to the doctor incase people find out she has only told me and im worried for her. She is really confussed as to what is going on can anyone help?

It is possible that she have miscarried if she tested negative after a positive. She may want to make an appointment if the cramps are consistent. The doctor is the only way to tell for sure.
