Possibility of the duodenal ulcer return

What is the possibility of the duodenal ulcer returning after the therapy? I have been having a lot of problems with duodenal ulcers and I managed to eliminate them somehow but I am still afraid that this condition might somehow come back to bother me. What to do to prevent that efficiently?

First of all, you should start living much healthier than before. And that includes a lot – reduced amount of the food intake, elimination of the junk food, regular mild exercises, a lot of sleep and resting etc. And this all begins with the therapy and continues for a long time after the medical treatment has stopped.
