Possible Implantation bleeding last week, when should I take a pregnancy test? If I took one now would it be correct or should I wait until my next time I should have my period?

Hi i think i had implantation bleeding today, it was brown and now its gone, i am trying to concieve and its been about 10 days since i think i ovulated. I was wondering if you were pregnant fergie???
