I'm 20 years old and I think I miscarried last night. I've already had my period for the month (it was over a week ago) and last night I had cramps along with the urge to use the restroom. When I went to the bathroom, I noticed two to three blood clots. My stomach or breast were not tender. I still feel slightly nauseous. If this was a miscarriage, I didn't even know I was pregnant. I just feel kinda' numb to reality right now. I really don't know what to do, if anything needs to be done.
Also, I told my boyfriend and all he could say was "holy shit". I'm just really confused right now and I could use a females input. I had no idea I was pregnant. That in itself freaks me out. But to look back and realize that I lost a baby (my baby) possibly due to alcohol consumption or even from my tai-kwon-do class makes this really hard to cope with. I mean, I killed a baby basically. And I really need to know if there's anything medically that needs to be done.
