Why have I been feeling fairly constant pain/cramping on my left side ovary area, along with a lower backache every since ovulation. I'm 4 dpo had a shift drop change today from 98.4 to 97.5. My period is not do for about a week. I'm wondering if I could be pregnant. I never have menstral cramp pain till about a day before my period, and this feels all together different.
