Hello. I'm 35 year old female and at least ten last years I'm experiencing these little muscle twitching.
I have never really think about it that much because I was just taking it for granted and that’s all. Just the other day, a friend has mentioned it and how he also have problems with it. He seamed really worried to me although he’s experiencing for only two or three weeks. That got me really worried. Now I would like to hear more about this problem. What could cause me these problems and is there anything I could do to prevent it from happening!?
Thanks!

Hi. I see that you become really worried because of all this but I don’t think that you have reasons for it.
What can I tell you about these small involuntary contractions that you already don’t know? Some of them are normal and don’t represent anything serious and some of them are part of some disorders. The most common causes are a diet deficiency, drug overdose, drug side effect, overdose of caffeine or too much exercises.
It could be also a sign of some nerves dysfunctions and that’s why I would recommend you to contact your general practitioner for further evaluation of this problem.
