Possible problem with penis

Hi guys

Im kinda new to this so please be kind lol

Im a 17 yer old guy and I am a virgin. For about 3-4 years now. I am uncircumcised. When i pull the skin back over the head of the penis. There is a legion of small bumps around the start of the skin just as i pull it over the head.

And on the skin at the back of the penis, there seems to be a lot of skin coloured bumps.

Is it possible to contract a STD if u haven't had sex yet. I mean no oral sex or anything. The girl that I was with last night said it looks like the skin had broken which i don't know what that means.

My only other question is whats the average size for a flaccid and an erect penis as I think mine is pretty small for being flacid. I know these seem like stupid questions but I would like some serious answers to them please.

This is weird, because I came here to ask the exact same question. Can I clarify something though? When I pull back my foreskin, the skin that would normally be hidden has kind of a ring of small close together bumps all the way around. And the bumps that are near the base, are they at the base of the penis and somewhat on the ball sack. Because I have bumps that are larger and more spread out than under the foreskin that go from about halfway up the shaft to the ball sack, but mostly near the base. And while I don't think my penis is small it also seems really small flaccid and the circumference isn't very big around. Does it grow much after 14 years old?
