Hi, people. I have been reading something about solid tumors. I hear that IAP inhibitors are recommended for this. However, I am also interested if there are possible side effects of this therapy. I would appreciate if anyone could help me with this. Thank you in advance for all your help.

Hello. IAP are inhibitors of apoptosis proteins. They are investigated as possible monotherapy for solid tumors. However, I have read that they increase resistance to other chemotherapeutic agents. This may complicate therapy. I am not sure about other side effects. You should ask an oncologist about this. He will give you info. I hope you will find the necessary information. Good luck! Bye!
