Post-Op Bunion Surgery Recovery.

So about a week and a half ago I have Austin Bunionectomy done on my right foot. I have have brusing and swelling. I want to help get this down but i don't know what I can do or take to help this. Also as of yesterday my doctor is wanting my to start moving my joint to prevent joint stiffness. This is painful! Any Suggestions?
