I had my Prostate operation 8 months ago July 2006 they found i had 5 litres of urine in my bladder. I had a very large paunch. I have to catherter my self 3 times a day, not very pleasant. I get very tired easily. I.can not walk very far without feeling very tired . My bladder is still large and so is my paunch Please can you help me. Thank you James Relf
