Post abortion 3 months and I still have not recieved my peri

I had an abortion Jan 4 started the birth control that sunday as told. Well it is now March 30 and i still have not gotten my period. Funny thing is I have all the symptoms of getting my period , back ache , bloating etc. I have gone through my 3 packed of birth control and still nothing. I know im not pregnet cause when I went back for my check up 3 wks after this said everything is okay. I even took a at home pregnency test and it came out negative. Also i have a very stressful job.... so is it anything serious?! My worst fear is not being able to get pregnet in teh future?! Is there anything i should do?kinda getting worried

I would advice you to go to the doctors. You may not have had a period for many reasons, stress and thinking about coming on may contribute to it. Go and see a proffesional to put your mind at ease!
