Post surgery diets and bowel movements

It is now Saturday. I had gall bladder removed Thursday afternoon. Surgery went OK. Post surgery I have eaten some foods, mostly liquids. I have yet to have a bowel movement. Prior to surgery I was diagnosed Celiac, and have Psoriasis...so I guess I would classify as one prone to autoimmune disorders. Two years ago I had cardiac bypass surgery. i do battle the elevated cholesterol problem although it is only moderately elevated. I seem to have difficulty with statin drugs. I am a 53 yr old male. I would like feedback as to successful diets post gall bladder removal, and comments on bowel movements. I have not had one since removal. Thanks
